It was late 2018 that a decision was made to start blogging again. However, just like many good intentions, it got relegated to the “not now/not yet” folder as we failed terribly in following through. This time will be another attempt to sustain the effort and build some momentum. Republishing old blogs, I thought, will definitely contribute to this renewed initiative, and our Family’s Throwback Thursdays is born.
Yes, we are not new to blogging. There was a season in our family life when Josephine and I devoted much of our time reading and writing. It was a time of introspection and conversations, which were necessary to cast a bigger vision and set a new direction for our family back then.
I am so looking forward to doing Throwback Thursdays as it will be an opportunity to revisit what we wrote over 10 years ago. Our topics ranged from our obvious interest in parenting to our desire to travel, and from quaint subject matters like “happiness” to quirky ones like “insects”.
